My Yoga Well classes are based in Hatha Yoga. They are structured so that students can build on their current ability, and extend as they are ready. With a strong focus on safe alignment, our classes teach yoga in an accessible, calming way, presenting an opportunity to slow down, and connect with ourselves more fully.
My Yoga Well is a place where people can feel safe, nourished and relaxed. Coming to the mat regularly allows us to develop awareness of our bodies and our minds, building peace, openness and strength, in yoga and in life.
